Welcome to Rose Colored Blessings, a blog in which we hope to share with you some of our thoughts about the blessings that we have been, and continue to be, given by God. Through the darkest of days, darker than we could have ever imagined, we have emerged to see blessing upon blessing handed out to us, our families, friends, and acquaintances.
How do you start a blog? Talk about a blank sheet of paper!
I had the idea for a new blog placed on my heart in the last couple of months. God is really moving in our lives and I want to be able to share His work with the world. So many people write blogs, I even have a family blog, but I want this to be a blog for HIM.
So, who are we? We are a family of five. Four of us here on this Earth and one who is blessed to be living in Heaven. We are just an average family, making changes and following as we are led. Once we decided to embrace what we've been nudged to do life has been on a fast track of changes. Changes that are 100% orchestrated by God and changes that are bringing so much joy and peace to our family. We are a changed family. Definitely changed since June 2013, but even more-so changed since January 2014.
We hope that you'll come by the blog often. We have a list of topics already set to go, the words just need to jump from our hearts to the keyboard.
